Thursday Tickle

Bonjorno!

Since we did a rather bulky post earlier this week, filled with facts and ‘serious’ info, it seemed like fun to keep things on the lighter side today. And as they say: variety really is the spice of life. Therefore we present to you: the Thursday Tickle!

What’s this Thursday Tickle about, you say? Well, each week –on what other day than Thursday- we’ll post something about a specific place or location we want to visit, a rollercoaster we want to ride, events we want to attend, and so on. Basically everything we want to see during our stay in Florida will be discussed here on Thursday. And there’s no better time to start than the present, right? 

This week’s Thursday Tickle is about everyone’s favorite serial killer: Dexter Morgan. We absolutely love this little rascal and our vacation is basically the perfect time to fangirl over some of the filming locations. The show is meant to take place in Miami, Florida but most of it is actually filmed in California (Damn you Hollywood!). Luckily there are some very die-hard fans out there who have figured out some parts of the series that were filmed in Miami for real, for example Dexter’s apartment and a lot of the crime scenes from season 1.
